Although that home already had an offer, she engaged with him about looking at other homes in the area. Together they set up some showings and after one day of looking, she helped us to find our dream home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and walked us through from acceptance to closing in just 26 days. Extremely knowledgeable of the area, listen to what we told her we were looking for. She had our best interests in mind. She went above and beyond, made the process and experience, very enjoyable and stress free.

She has a great personality and sense of humor. We live in West Allis, Wi and we were looking for places in Adams county. She called us or emailed us places that she thought we would like and we emailed her if we saw something on line that we thought we'd like. Heidi knew we were traveling quite a distance so she worked with us and tried to get as many showings in the day as she could. She was very understanding if we drove up to a property and just from the outside turned it down. I'm physically challenged to some degree and I never felt rushed or anything when working with her. We would definitely ask for her help again if we decide to look for a different or additional property and we have already passed her name on to family and friends.
